We aim to answer all enquiries within 24 to 48 hours

 

Bookings

Bookings are made by paying for the hire of our teams for the time and date you wish, in advance. Please note if payment has not been received in full we cannot confirm the scheduling of our teams for your training until we receive your payment.

 

Refunds & Cancellations

Bookings are non-refundable but if you have to reschedule your date we'll help you do that for free up to one week in1 advance of your booked training date. 

 

If you know you need to reschedule but cannot allocate a new date at that time we will issue you a credit note for the full amount paid to us valid for your use up to 6 months from date of issue. Please notify us in writing of your required changes to info@personalsafetylondonuk.com.

 

Weekday bookings cancelled within 48 hours of allocated training date are charged at full cost of training. Please notify us in writing of your required changes to info@personalsafetylondonuk.com.

 

Sunday bookings cancelled within 72 hours of allocated training date are charged at full cost of training. Please notify us in writing of your required changes to info@personalsafetylondonuk.com.

 

Vouchers & User Allocation

You can allocate your training credit to another user by writing to us at info@personalsafetylondonuk.com quoting your booking reference number and the names and contact details of those you wish to allocate to.

 

We can issue vouchers to the full or part amount of your payment to another named person by writing to us at info@personalsafetylondonuk.com quoting your booking reference number and the names and contact details of those you wish to allocate to.

Confidentiality

We offer a supportive welcoming highly discrete environment for training, advising and problem solving to our clients needs. The safety and security of our clients is our principle focus. We operate an exceptionally high level of confidentiality for all our clients. We provide discrete training locations in UK and worldwide, and offer Non Disclosure Agreements to all our clients.

 

Personal Data

We don't ask for your information or payment information in this website but you should read this policy in conjunction with our cookie policy to fully understand your data use. 

 

As with all service providers, when you contact us we will keep a copy of the correspondance to be able to assist you in your enquiry to the highest standards and we will also add your contact information to our secure client database, however that information and your contact details will be held in the strictest of confidence and will never be shown, sold or given to third parties without your written permission. Any information you discuss with your instructors or advisors during training or consultation is not shared with other members of PSL staff or any other parties, the information is not written down and all instructors and consultants adhere to a strict client confidentiality agreement so we can offer and provide to our clients the highest levels of discrete training, learning and services provision.

We also offer secure training and discrete addresses to provide a further layer of client privacy. Ask us for more details and we will be happy to help.
